Build Trust with New Clients by Adding Insurance Certificates to Your Website

Smart property owners are usually concerned about liability.  (Smart as in: they are cautious, thoughtful, and most importantly, the have money to pay you.  These are the type of customers you want.)  Liability is a big perceived risk.  They are inviting a contractor to come on to their property to do work with dangerous tools at dangerous heights with unknown employees.  To put them at ease you can post portions of your insurance certificates on your website.   You would want to post your general liability and your workers comp certs.  You might want to blur-out sensitive information.  Ideally you can post them as a PDF, however you can also just take a picture of the certificate with your phone.   Of course, we can help you with this if you need the help.
